Maker Mayhem Kid's Loom Workshop

Class Description

October is Portland Textile Month let's celebrate by making a loom and a fiber art project. Children will share their perspective through a creative outlet as we learn their stories. We will be building our looms and making a weaving that reflects who we are and what makes up our lives. We'll be using yarn and assorted materials and adding extra elements describing the past lives that makes us who we are and what future we hope for. This event is inclusive to all learning types, demographics and expanding outreach to kids.
